SUNDAY AFTERNOON WRITER'S WORKSHOP
The Ancient City Poets will host a Plant-A-Poem Workshop on December the 29th. This month's workshop will be lead by St. Augustine poet Lee Patterson. Lee, who teaches at St. Johns River College, will have worked published in Florida Speaks (Poet Plant Press). A small fee of $10 is request to participate; which provides for bottomless coffee and sweat treats to ignite the write and feed the need to create! Arrive with a rough draft of a poem about the New Year and leave with a well polished one. Plant a poem and watch it grow in an hour with the Ancient City Poets.

2:00 to 2:05 pm: Introduction
2:05 to 2:30 pm: Read your poem about the New Year
2:30 to 2:45 pm: Group critique
2:45 to 3:00 pm: Re-write
