![]() Join Ancient City Poet Rich Cardone on Sunday July 28th, from 1:30 to 2:30 for an hour long poetry writing workshop at the Gallery Café of St. Augustine, Florida (1974 US-1, in the Staples Plaza). Mr. Cardone, the workshop facilitator, lives in St. Augustine with his wife, Amber. He plans on pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Health at the University of South Florida in the spring of 2014, with a minor in English. One day, he hopes to complete a book of short stories that he will be able to read to his future children. There will be a small charge for the workshop. $10 in advance/ $12 at the door. Workshop attendants are encouraged to present the poem that they wrote during the workshop to an audience at the free poetry reading held at the Gallery Cafe that afternoon from 3 to 4:30 pm.
